Having been a big fan of the original Flashpoint game (NOT ARMA!!!) I have been eagerly awaiting this release and since it came out I have heard nothing but negative comments. It was only when I looked further into things that I realized it was the console gamers who were bashing the game.

This is exactly why I doubted the title from the day I heard about its multi platform release. First person shooters do not belong on the bloody consoles and those that are are always immensely dumbed down. Look at Generic Microsoft Shooter 36. It could have been a superb shooter back when we saw the tech demo on the PC all those years ago. Then they delayed it and made it exclusive to the XBox for a year or so. The eventual PC release was poor. The Graphics were already outdated and the whole thing was far too easy. The same thing happened with the Call of Duty series, ruined by the consoles.

Then along comes Flashpoint, with its simulated ballistics and its "one-shot-can-kill" and suddenly all these console tards pop up on YouTube slating the game for being stupid and hard.

Boo Fucking Hoo!

This is simply their pathetic reaction to realising that their precious controllers were not made for tactical shooting games that require more thought than "Point at enemy, unload magazine."

I will be reviewing the PC version on my channel sometime after next week (getting it in 6 days for BDay) but in the meantime let me know what your thoughts are. Have you played it? Are you getting it? etc
